Double Musky, Girdwood

Who knew a world class restaurant would be hiding in Girdwood, AK, but it is. The Double Musky Inn sits in one of the most scenic valleys in Alaska, surrounded by huge mountains worthy of a world class ski resort.

Dave & Margaret, our wonderful host, hostess, cruise directors, travel agents. They have been fabulous and we are having the time of our lives with them, not an exaggeration! We all have similar tastes and like doing the same things, eat the same foods and swill the same beers.

See why we all love Dave?

The Double Musky has been named one of the top ten restaurants in the country. They have published a cookbook with all of their mouth watering treats. This cookbook is so famous that the foreword was written by the illustrious Senator from Alaska, Ted Stevens.

So Paul, we drove to Senator Stevens home, because we know that he is your favorite politician. This is the infamous house that corrupt construction built. Let's see if anyone is home, maybe we can get Ted to sign a cookbook for you a Paul.

Keep knocking Dave, someone's gotta be home. No such luck, maybe Ted will be home next time.
