OKTOBERFEST!

Anyone know any good German drinking songs? Me neither. Y'all know my favorite beer drinking song. Anyway, the Monday Night theme was Oktoberfest, which means really good beer and lots of it. Which also means lots of people, a full house. We had oodles of good grub. Brats & Sauerkraut & authentic german potatoes (that I can't pronounce the german name for, thank you Rick & Tiffany) & beer & black forest torte, mmmmmmmmm.

The kids table. Aren't they cute. Poor things, had to sit on the floor because we ran out of chairs. Rarely does this house run out of chairs. Glad I have friends that are such good sports that they don't mind being relegated to the cheap seats. Next week we are back to potluck. But be thinking ghouls & ghoblins, Halloween falls on a Monday night this year. Sounds like we are headed to a Trick or Treat theme.
